iab were appointed as Principal Contractor and working to CDM 2007 Regulations. iab designed and refurbished five laboratories and four associated areas in K Block at Wilberforce Sixth Form College. Working in close association with the Head of Science, Project Managers – Morgan Lloyd Jones, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants – Mc William Associates and Quantity Surveyors – RW Tindell Limited, iab designed, built and commissioned the project within a tight 11 week period. The project was handed over on time and on budget.
