After a successful Phase 1 contract back in 2009 Spire returned to us to complete phase 2, which was a full internal fit out of the first floor. We worked with Spire for 10 months designing and redesigning the layout to fit in with their changing needs. We started on site end of September 2012, completing the project in 9 weeks ready for the client to move in before Christmas. During this time we had to take into consideration the current working lab on the ground floor. Some of the work was completed out of hours to make sure the current working lab wasn’t affected and was fully operational while we carried out our works.
