Elstree was a vacant building which had been fitted out to a base line specification as part of an office development at Centennial Business Park, Elstree.The client took possession of the ground floor part of the building with a brief to design the job to include a small canteen area, archive area for hospital records, a manager’s office, locker room, sample reception area and laboratories for Haematology, Microbiology, Histology and Histology Cut Up. The project was designed and priced by iab within an eight week period followed by a 12 week fit out programme.The contract was completed in on time and to budget.
