Following the success of this project in 2009 iab have completed their second large project for SGS in a new building on the Rossmore site at Ellesmere Port. This time iab were employed to design the building internals & worked closely with the architect to produce the tender to go out for a main contractor.

After the tender was complete we were then given the complete full internal fit out of all laboratory furniture, fume cupboards/extraction, special gases, mechanical & electrical services. We used normal AutoCAD plan drawings & modern 3D modelling to provide the customer with a full view of the lab before it was built. Then we worked closely with main contractor (ISG) on the whole project.
