A H Marks was the first major design and build project carried out by iab. iab were employed to undertake the full design and build of both the building and complete internal fit out including all facilities & fittings and air-con systems. The building comprised of a ground floor amenities area, first floor QC, research and analytical labs and second floor plant room.
