Laboratory Refurbishment Projects

A growing part of iab’s business is laboratory refurbishment projects. iab are employed to design, manage, install and commission fully functional laboratories. We are one of a small number of companies who hold professional indemnity insurance to support design work.

A laboratory design takes a lot of time. iab’s involvement at an early stage enables you as a client to concentrate on your business and targets. Acting as consultants in the early stage of a project iab can gather all the information from department heads, staff and mould your requirements into a working model.

Detailed drawings, specifications and costings are provided prior to tendering the project.

If iab secure the project work through competitive tendering consultancy fees could be waived providing the client with a cost effective solution.

All work is designed and built to take account of CDM2015 regulations. All projects are carried out by a competent team of managers and installation crews. Our staff and subcontractors are CSCS approved and SMSTS trained personal.
