The design stage of any project is possibly the most important element to the successful completion of any laboratory scheme. This means that the consultation period is to be given the highest priority and should start as early as possible. Invariably, too little time is set aside for the initial meetings and overall design period. The gathering of information, understanding what each area is to be used for, the workflow patterns, the services that are required for equipment, are there any considerations needed for HVAC plant? In this capacity we can provide cost savings against the consultancy service if we eventually become the appointed Design and Build Contractor.
